[Winmerge-support] error after installation on XP SP3 and request for sample project to compare email addresses

Hello,



I'm new to this software and installed WinMerge-2.14.0-Setup.exe (6.4 MB)

on my XP SP 3 laptop and get this error

Do I understand correctly that I need to download one of these plugins
http://sourceforge.net/projects/winmerge/files/7-zip-plugin/ ? However,
which one ?



Also, I'm looking to place an xls file on the left (list with all emails)
and one xls file on the right (list with some emails that appeared also on
the left list) to try and extract from the left list the email addresses
that do not show up on the right list. Would anyone perhaps have a sample
project that's correctly setup that they're willing to share so I could
replace with my xls files and run it ?
